Option 1.
Sponsors have the opportunity to fund a limited run of event zipper tote bags that will be given away free to attendees (first come, first served).
Each tote bag will feature:
A custom-designed front created by Karley’s Collection (“Support Small Businesses” themed artwork)
Your business logo on the back of the bag
This provides a unique opportunity for your brand to:
Be seen and carried throughout the event
Leave a lasting impression beyond the event
Be associated with a meaningful community initiative
Cost: $30 per bag
Quantity: Flexible (example: 20, 50, 75, or even 100 bags)This option can be added to any sponsorship level or done as a standalone contribution.
Option 2.
If you feel inspired to contribute beyond the listed sponsorship packages or do not wish to choose a package at all but still want to contribute, any support is welcome and will go directly toward enhancing the event and supporting participating small businesses.
If we receive enough funds then a portion of the sponsorship funds will be used to create event gift cards, which will be distributed to attendees at random throughout the event (for example: $5, $10, or $20 amounts).
These gift cards can only be used with vendors at the event, ensuring that funds go directly back into the hands of the small businesses participating.
This initiative helps to:
Encourage attendance and community participation
Drive sales directly to vendors
Create an engaging and interactive experience for attendees
Provide additional financial support to small businesses in a meaningful and immediate way
All sponsoring businesses logos regardless of contribution level will be recognized on the event gift cards.

YES! We welcome in-kind contributions that help support our vendors and bring this event to life.
Examples of helpful contributions include:
Printing services (flyers, posters, signage)
Food or beverages for vendors and guests
Advertising, marketing, or promotional support
If you have another way you’d like to contribute, we are happy to create a custom sponsorship package based on your support.
Anonymous contributions are also welcome for those who prefer not to have their name or logo included in event recognition.

On April 14, local small business owners received an unexpected email with the devastating news that the Painted Tree would be closing its doors immediately, and they had until April 24 to remove everything from their booths. With no warning, vendors were given just days to tear down spaces that they had poured their time, money, and heart into building.
Overnight, many lost not only their storefront, but also their primary source of income, access to customers, and will unlikely not see the sales they made that month. For some, it meant suddenly questioning how they would pay bills, where they store everything, or continue operating at all.
These were not just booths - they were our livelihoods. They were our dreams, built through long hours, personal sacrifice and investment, with a deep belief in what these small businesses could become through the Painted Tree.
In response to this situation, I am organizing a barrier-free pop-up event designed not only to provide immediate financial relief, but also to help small businesses regain stability and move forward.

Through this event my hope is that vendors will be able to:
Generate income to help offset recent financial losses
Sell inventory and fixtures that may otherwise go unused
Reconnect with existing customers and reach new audiences
Rebuild visibility and momentum for their business
Strengthen connections within the local small business community
This event is intended to serve as both a short-term solution and a stepping stone to help vendors regain their footing and continue growing despite the challenges they’ve faced.
This event is more than a market, it is a community-driven effort to support people in our community during a difficult time.

By becoming a sponsor, you are directly supporting local entrepreneurs during a critical moment while also aligning your business with a meaningful, community-focused initiative.
Your support helps cover:
Event insurance and permits
Marketing and advertising (digital + print)
Event materials (signage, supplies, logistics)
Creating a well-organized, highly attended experience
Any additional fees that arise

From my research it looks like contributions made toward this event are sponsorship-based support and are not tax-deductible charitable donations. These funds are used to directly support event production, marketing, and participating small businesses.
